Who Can Hire Our Rooms

Our rooms are available to organisations and individuals working in education and health related fields. We can accept bookings where the main purpose of the event is educational or related to health practice. We’re unable to take bookings for purely social, commercial or other non-educational events.

Room hire is limited to education and health-related activities.

Teaching Rooms
Available Monday to Sunday for teaching, workshops and meetings. Our teaching rooms are practical, professional spaces equipped with
– Standard furniture
– Teaching plinths
– Projectors and laptops for presentations

Library
Available Monday to Friday for meetings only. A calm, characterful space ideal for smaller meetings and discussion groups.

Please note:
– No built-in audio-visual equipment
– Meeting use only

If you need presentation facilities, we’ll be happy to recommend a more suitable room.

Pricing

• Rooms D1, D2, UB1, UF1 (Large Rooms)

    Standard Rate: £275 per room per day 

    Alumnus Rate: £137.50 per room per day

• Room UB2 (Small Room)

    Standard Rate: £137.5 per room per day

    Alumnus Rate: £68.50 per room per day
