We offer two types of open events to help you explore your path to becoming a registered osteopath:

Online Open Events & Information Sessions

Are usually held on weekdays, these are ideal for discovering more about studying at the LSO from the comfort of your home.

Led by a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), these sessions cover:

• What life is like as an osteopath
• Why a career in osteopathy might be right for you
• What you’ll study on the course
• Choosing between full-time and part-time study
• Student life at the LSO, whether you’re starting fresh or returning as a mature student
• How to apply

Each session lasts around 60 minutes and includes a Q&A with the SMT.

These usually take place on a Saturday and give you the chance to visit our teaching spaces, meet staff and students, and experience the LSO community first-hand.

Whether you prefer the flexibility of an online session or the immersive feel of a site visit, we’d love to welcome you to one of our upcoming events.
